243: Basket full of blooms

Another use for an old bicycle and basket...turn them into a flower display! You know how much I love vintage bikes, so I couldn't resist taking a few photos of this old one especially with the pretty flowers in the front. A great contrast between old and fresh. The purples and reds look lovely up front and the rusty black blends softly into the similarly grey background.

175: Name please?

A cute little 3D graphic I noticed today, quite random and has no particular thought or meaning behind it. It was just nice to be out and about getting photos in bright and sunny daylight for a change.

036: Just cruisin'

By far one of my favourite photos at this point in the project. Probably for 2 reasons. 1: I love the movement and simplicity captured in the photo and 2: I'm just so super excited to have my hands on my new bike I just couldn't resist riding and taking photos at the same time (this could lead to serious injury, I should probably control myself more next time and at least stop, not to mention the fact that I don't even have a helmet yet so the whole time I'm looking out for police, although what I'm planning to do if I see one I'm not quite sure, I don't think I've got the stamina yet to out race them that's for sure, but anyway getting off track!!!) So to sum up totally one of the funnest photos yet :)

008: Tokidoki Stylin'

A sneak preview of my new bike, that my super boyfirend Ben restored for me from a pile of junk we found on the side of the road! We really should have taken a before shot, just so you could see how bad it was, but we got it home and Ben was so keen to start he had it in pieces before I could even whip the camera out. I got to choose the new colours: lime green and black of course, makes for a gangster ride and the final touch will be my Tokidoki sticker, very conveniently also lime green and black. Can't wait to get it out on a ride.

002: The childhood memory of campfires

Out camping one of my favourite things is the smell of campfires. Frustrated that I couldn't capture this I've settled for the visual pair instead. I'm really into bikes also at the moment so I liked this photo's composition. It reminded me of childhood memories, riding into the forest and making a campfire just of fun!
