101: Easter effects

Check out these cool old school scales I found at my friend's house this evening. Not that many of us want to be weighing ourselves over this chocolate indulgent weekend but both the colour and the dial of this set caught my eye. Quite vintage! I thought it would sit nicely with some of my other photos.

032: A golden oldie

I was rather excited today, on a visit home, to discover that my brother has recently purchased a very old typewriter. So of course I whip my camera out to get some snaps of the lovely thing. This one was my favourite because you can see all the little individual metal letters that spring forward onto the paper once their key is pressed. I know you can't see much of the whole thing but I made sure I got the old school keys in the background! Very cool.

030: Good-night

Quite obscure and random I know but it was this or a photo of my bed, because that's what I was grateful for today. I actually got to bed by 9:30pm an all time record for me (Rachel you'll be proud). So instead this symbolises my closed door ready for bed. I like the quaint old fashioned handles in my house with the old school lock. Wish I had a key!
